MOU between cooperatives
ManaMuri Cooperative(Manohara,Kathmandu) and Sankalpa Agrotech PVT. LTD. have signed the business partnership agreement on meat value chain marketing. The live he-goat business value chain business model is designed and implemented on the basis of live weighing system.The partnership agreement is a continuous effort to support proverty elimination of distant producer’s and marketing facilities of the livestock sector in Nepal. Especially farmers, entrepreneurs will be offered and opportunities to access marketing and the optimum consumers will get healthy and hygenic meat products from that services.
Cattle raising training
Sankalpa Agrotech is supported by सीप(Skill for Employment Project) and implemented in partnership with Shreenagar Agro farm(SAF), UKAid as a thematic partner.

Livestock Vaccination
Vaccines reduce risks of getting disease by working with livestock body’s natural defenses to build protection. We now have vaccines to prevent more than 10 life-threatening diseases helping animal of all ages live longer, healthier lives. We are providing vaccines to our customers like as: PPR, TT, ET, HS, BQ, ND, LMP, FMD, Pox, etc.
Animal Health Camp
Sankalpa Agrotech successfully organized an Animal Health Camp to support local farmers by providing on-site technical assistance and expert guidance. The camp focused on animal health management, nutrition, disease prevention, and best husbandry practices, helping farmers improve livestock productivity, welfare, and overall farm sustainability.
Passing on the gift
Each family that partners with us on a production and marketing project to passing on a cow, goats, seeds, etc. Whatever makes the most sense for them in their neighbour once they’ve established their business. It’s truly a network effect. Families share the core components necessary to start a business and any other lessons that they’ve learned along the way. The company selects marginalized and backward family and give them the gifts which helps to start their own business, trust and creating a network.
Mechanized milking process
Mechanization in dairy farms provide convenience and consistency of milking process. Milking of dairy animals is a critical activity and machine milking ensures consistency throughout the lactation of the animal with gentle handling of teats.

In Madhesh Pradesh’s local government, focusing on climate-friendly agriculture, a major initiative has reduced the risks and challenges for 5,300 farmers and marginalized individuals, improving their economic security. Additionally, 1,100 public employment-oriented projects and 1,340 new job opportunities have been created for returning migrant workers and youth. This effort is part of an event organized by #GGGI (Global Green Growth Institute) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency(KICA) to promote shared prosperity and global peace through climate-friendly agriculture business. Similarly, 256 enterprises / companies nationwide have crossed the sixth stage, opening doors for sustainable investments, including green investments, with partnership opportunities. The objectives for achievement are based on specific methods including,
*improving crisis management in the agricultural sector for the conservation of life and livelihoods,
*enhancing resilient agriculture plans and implementation, job creation,
*and establishing climate-friendly agriculture businesses with investments for long-term and sustainable green growth.
Contract Manufacturing & Market Management Partnership
Sankalpa Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. has entered into a formal Contract Manufacturing, Sales, and Market Management Agreement with Gauri Shankar Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd., a reputed feed manufacturing company based in Chitwan, Nepal. Under this strategic partnership, Gauri Shankar Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for the manufacturing of high-quality cattle and livestock feed, while Sankalpa Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. acts as the exclusive distributor and market manager for Madhesh Province and Koshi Province.
This collaboration is established in accordance with prevailing laws of Nepal, including the Muluki Civil Code, Company Act, Industrial Enterprises Act, Consumer Protection Act, VAT Act, and Income Tax Act, ensuring transparency, accountability, and consumer protection at every stage. The agreement covers the production, packaging, pricing, branding, distribution, and promotion of feed products for cattle, poultry, goats, fish, and other livestock.
Sankalpa Agrotech oversees market development, dealer and sub-dealer network formation, sales execution, and customer satisfaction, while also providing technical input, formulation guidance, quality inspection, and market feedback during production. Products are manufactured under strict quality standards, clearly labeled with batch details, nutritional information, expiry dates, and marked as “Marketed by Sankalpa Agrotech Pvt. Ltd.”
The partnership follows a structured review and coordination mechanism, including monthly review meetings, defined financial and payment terms, confidentiality obligations, and a two-year contractual validity, extendable by mutual consent. With a targeted average monthly sales volume of 100 metric tons of cattle feed, this tie-up reflects a shared commitment to quality manufacturing, organized market expansion, and sustainable growth in Nepal’s agro-livestock sector.
